Students are obligatory to abide by the proctorial rules notified by the college from time to time. Breach of the following Rules / Regulations / Instructions shall render the students liable for strict disciplinary action such as fine, struck off from the college roll or expulsion from the college.

Writing or propagating any thing repugnant to Islam, ideology of Pakistan , ethical norms, or sectarian Literature.
Without prior permission from the Principal pasty exhibition or distribution of any poster, leaflet, notice, pamphlet, or hand bill in the college premises or around it.
Formation or association with any student organization, society, club, or any other body, promoting caste distinction, instigating parochial linguistic or anti-social sentiments.
Students shall show due respect to the faculty members and other staff.
Any student aggrieved of any happening in the college, shall lodge a complaint to the principal only.
No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of teacher or until the class is over.
Students having exemplary behavior will be duly rewarded and encouraged.
Any political or immoral activity in or around the college premises will be strictly accountable.
Private telephone calls of the students will not be entertained. However any message of emergent nature will be conveyed to the students.
Mobile usage inside the class and campus is not allowed.
Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while attending college.
The college shall not be responsible for loss of any valuables sent to the students on the college address.
False information on the application form may render the student liable for struck off from the college roll.
Principal reserves the rights to make, amend, and introduce any rule as and when required for maintaining discipline and good academic environment.

 

All rules and regulations of B.I.S.E and Punjab University regarding attendance will be observed strictly by the college administration.

Punctuality and regularity are considered of supreme importance and cooperation of parents is solicited in this regard.

According to Lahore Board and Punjab University Regulations only those students are eligible for appearing in the Board/ University Examinations who have attended at least seventy five percent of the lectures delivered.

All applications of leave should be addressed to the Principal. Leave does not cover shortage of lectures, but only saves from absence fine.

Student absent without leave will be fined Rs.10 per day. Students being absent from period will be fined Rs.5 per period.

Application for Medical Leave extending over a period of three days must be signed by the father/ guardian, and leave application for fortnight or more be accompanied by M. C. of MBBS Doctor.

If a student is absent from the college without leave for fifteen days his name will be struck off the college roll. Readmission can be granted only after the payment of admission fee afresh subject to satisfaction and approval of Vice Principal.

No student can leave premises after coming to the college before the end of his classes, if he intends to go before the end of day, he must inform the Vice Principal before leaving, otherwise his/her name can be struck off the college roll.

Students for missing periods will fine Rs. 5 per period.

 

The library facilities are available only for the students and teachers of the college.

Every student after joining the college can obtain his registration card for the library.

Fine will be imposed in addition to the market price of the book if books are mutilated, marked, lost, and pages are torn out.

Library security will be received at the time of admission and paid back at the termination of course, if no book is outstanding.

A fine of Rs.10 per day will be imposed on late return of books.
